Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations
As an Aeteria customer based in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. You then have a further 14 days to ensure the goods are returned to us.

1. Condition of Returned Garments
We understand that sometimes a piece just isn't the perfect fit. To be eligible for a full refund, we simply ask that your item is returned in pristine, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags securely attached.

Because our knitwear is crafted in small batches, we kindly ask that you take care to avoid makeup, perfume, or other marks when trying on your piece at home. While we love it when garments are returned beautifully folded in their original premium box, we understand if that is not always possible and will happily process your return without it. Items returned in a clearly worn or damaged state will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Options
We want to make your return experience as seamless as possible. When you email us to initiate a return, you may choose from the following options:

Complimentary Returns (Orders £200+): If your original order value was £200 or more, we will arrange a complimentary courier collection from your home or provide a pre-paid drop-off label at no cost to you.

Aeteria Arranged Return (Orders under £200): We can organize a secure, tracked courier collection or drop-off label on your behalf. If you choose this hassle-free option, we will provide you with a quote for the shipping cost, which will simply be deducted from your final refund.

Self-Arranged Return: You may choose to arrange your own return shipping. If you select this option, we strongly advise using a tracked and insured service. Aeteria LTD cannot accept liability for any returned items lost or damaged in transit.

3. How to Initiate Your Return
Please email us at info@aeteria.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your Order Number. Please let us know which of the return shipping options above you prefer, and we will promptly provide you with the necessary labels or our designated UK returns address.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return and it passes our standard quality check, we will automatically process your refund (including standard outbound delivery costs) to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
