Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days and for them to arrive within 5 working days of your order. These are targets, not guarantees, and delays with the courier or other events outside our control may affect them. Delivery is free on every order to UK mainland addresses, by tracked service. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you the tracking details.

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. If an order is placed for one of these addresses, we'll contact you and cancel it with a full refund.

Working days

Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays.

If your parcel hasn't arrived

Check your tracking link first. If it hasn't moved, email hello@aeteria.co.uk with your order number and we'll take it up with the courier.

United States orders

Delivery to the United States is free, by express service. We dispatch from London within 2 working days of your order and aim for it to arrive within 5 working days of dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order has been dispatched, the time it takes depends on the carrier and on customs, and we will help you trace your parcel if it is delayed. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you the tracking details.

Import duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery. We pay them to customs on your behalf. We do not collect US state sales tax at checkout.

We deliver to street addresses in the 50 US states and Washington DC. We do not deliver to US territories, PO boxes or military addresses.
